Reshipping Fee

Step-by-step instructions to apply reshipping fee to an order:

• Navigate to EMR Dashboard: Go to the main EMR dashboard.
• Open Patient Profile: Search for and open the relevant patient's profile.
• Access Orders: Click on the Orders tab.
• View Order: Find the specific order and click the View button.
• Locate Fee Option: Scroll down to the payment/actions section and click the Reshipping Fee button.
• Enter Details: In the popup window that appears, fill in the required reshipping and payment details. (Note: You can add a new card at this step if provided by the patient.)
• Complete Payment: Click the Pay button to process the transaction.
